I love baby sunglasses! My daughter Valentine has more sunglasses than most adults I know, and she hasn’t hit 8 months yet. I’m not sure how we’ve collected so many.. I guess anytime I see a pair somewhere I just scoop them up! Most stores carry them – from Target to higher end stores everywhere. Most are about $1-$50. Valentine seems to enjoy wearing them and laughs at herself when she sees her reflection in the mirror. The more sun we get here in NY, the more excited I get for her to wear these! Some I bought in different sizes so she could wear them as she grows.
They are fashionable and also functional. Some come with bands to hold securely onto your babies head. For those bright sunny days in the park, beach outings or just a stroll down the street. Your babies eyes should be protected. The UV rays are just as damaging to your babies eyes as your own.
The guys over at Bolle Eyewear have different colors and styles with the band, $29-40 depending on where you purchase them. I found them for $28.99 at www.bushnelloptics.com/bolle-sunglasses !
